I've been using it for a week on my underarms and I have noticeably less hair growth already. I set it to level 5 as i do have very thick dark hair. I have used the device two times since i have gotten it. The unit is really easy to use and the cooling feature feels weird but does help with the heat emitted from the laser. The glide feature for large areas makes it easy to not cramp up. You do have to turn the unit based on where you are putting the unit i.e shins and other more bony areas. Seans.

I'm amazed at how easy it is to use! I bought this on a whim. I come from a family of very hairy people and it's very expensive to keep having to purchase razors to trim all of my body hair. A friend said hey you should check out this product so I looked it up and figured why not I'll give it a try. It was incredibly easy to use and the pulses didn't burn at all like I heard about some other models that are less quality than this. So far I treated my neck and shoulders. I'm looking forward to using this all over. So happy I made the purchase. My friend who recommended it had wonderful long term success and I'm hoping I have the same.

Ok, I just got this IPL hair removal device And I am impressed! I've tried so many things to reduce the growth of my arm hair that I became a little skeptical when it comes to trying new things. So, I got the pretty looking and well made device that included everything I was going to need (razor, glasses etc..) I shaved then I waited until my skin was a 100% dry then read the instructions and put it on Auto (which is better for large areas like my arms) I started to snap away at level one and it was very comfortable and no pain. Then curiosity kicked in and put it on two! I felt like I just plucked a hair and it wasn't bad at all, I kept going and everything went great. The cooling plate really really helps, it also comes with a magnetic attachment that I used for my fingers. The next day I was expecting to have a nightmare of hair on my arms growing back up making me itch and it did not happen! They are growing very slowly. To be continued.....

Came nicely packaged and feels like quality materials. A separate email was sent with detailed instructions on how to use the device which I greatly appreciated. I will update with results after my first cycle. Update: It's working! After only a couple sessions my hair is growing slower and I have bald spots :) SO HAPPY!

High quality product. Was skeptical if it would work on my light skin color & black corse hair but after using 4 times I already notice my hair is not growing back as fast!! Highly recommend this product. Has a nice cooling sensation and does not hurt at all!! Very easy to use and arrived very fast. Additional attachment works great for small areas and came with good eye protection glasses. Reasonably priced for an at home laser hair remover.
